  1. Make sure the Macintalk‚Ñ¢ speech driver is in your System Folder. CONSTERNATION 3d requires Macintalk in order to provide speech for the computer players.  If you do not have the driver, or do not want wise-cracking computer opponents, select "Turn Speech Off."

  3. It is not advisable to save a game during a computer player's turn, or during a demo.  Wait until a human player's turn to roll; this allows the program to update all events relevant to the game's status before saving.

CONSTERNATION 3d has an internal unique serial number that is traceable to the purchaser.  CONSTERNATION 3d is licensed to the purchaser for personal use only.  It may not be copied for use by persons other than the purchaser, or used for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Human Factors Software.  A violation of this licence agreement may result in litigation.
